Terms & Conditions 

By making a booking with us you have entered a contract in which you undertake on behalf of yourself and the people in your party (including children) to adopt the following standards of behaviour.
To act in a courteous and considerate manner towards us, our staff and other guests.
To supervise children properly so that they are not a nuisance or a danger to themselves or others.
At South Breazle Holidays our aim is for all our guests to enjoy their stay with us. We also have to consider the safety of all our guests. With these points and the smooth running of the site in mind, we have several terms and conditions that we ask our guests to agree to.
A 25% deposit is to be paid on booking, and this secures a plot. Full balance due 20 days before arrival. If the booking is made with less than 20 days before arrival the full cost of holiday is due at time of booking. If full payment has not been received by 20 days before the start date of your holiday your booking could be cancelled and no refund of your deposit will be given.
We ask that new guests arriving do not arrive before 2pm unless with prior arrangement, and that guests leaving vacate their plot by 12 noon. Guests are to have arrived by 9pm unless other arrangements have been made with us.
The wildlife at South Breazle is very important to us, and actively encouraged. We ask guests to respect this and with this in mind ask that no guest interfere with any nesting birds and that guests do not climb the trees. There is a large area of an adjoining field for children to play. The rest of the farm is a working farm and there is no public access.
Dogs.
Responsible dog owners are welcome to bring a maximum of two dogs per pitch.
Dogs must be kept on a lead under the control of a responsible adult at all times, except in the designated dog walking area, and must wear a collar with an identity tag.
Dogs must be kept on the lead on the farm lane and at no time are they allowed on to neighbouring farm land.
You must clean up after your pet at all times. Dog bins are provided.
Pets are not permitted in site facilities or on the main centre playfield or on the fun fountain playfield.
Pets must not be left unattended on the site.
If we think your pet is causing a nuisance or damage you will be required to remove it from the site.
Maximum of two cars per pitch, and we ask where possible guests do not drive across the grass unless parking on their pitch. (There is parking available at the entrance)
No generators to be used on site.
Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Guests are reminded to respect their neighbour's privacy and to reduce noise levels accordingly in the evening.
No disposable BBQ's to be lit or used on the ground, and no fires to be lit.
No chinese lanterns or similar devices to be used on or near the site due fire risk and injury to animals.
The speed limit on the Site and farm lane is 10mph. PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY Some of the farm lane is also a bridleway so please give way to horses.
All vehicles must conform to the Road Traffic Act and have current tax, MOT and insurance. There is no 'Landline' phone on site, so a mobile is recommended.
Do not drive on the grass when wet.
No refunds will be given due to adverse weather conditions, other situations out of our control, or if you are asked to leave for disregarding these terms and conditions.

1. Disclaimer

You acknowledge:
That the Service may not be uninterrupted or error-free;

That your device may be exposed to viruses or other harmful applications through the Service

That South Breazle does not guarantee the security of the Service and that unauthorized third parties may access your computer or files or otherwise monitor your connection

2. Acceptable Use of the Service

2.1 Access

You must not use the Service to access Internet Services, or send or receive e-mails, which:
Are defamatory, threatening, intimidating or which could be classed as harassment

Contain obscene, profane or abusive language or material

Contain offensive or derogatory images regarding sex, race, religion, colour, origin, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition or sexual orientation

Contain material that infringes a third party’s rights (including intellectual property rights)

Contain bulk and/or commercial messages

Contain forged or misrepresented message headers, whether in whole or in part, to mask the originator of the message

Are activities that invade another’s privacy; o are otherwise unlawful or inappropriate

2.2 Copyright

Music, video, pictures, text and other content on the internet are copyright works and you should not download, alter, e-mail or otherwise use such content unless certain that the owner of such works has authorised its use by you.

2.3 Accessing Other Systems, Computers or Networks

You must not use the service to access illegally or without authorization computers, accounts, equipment or networks belonging to another party, or attempting to penetrate security measures of another system. This includes any activity that may be used as a precursor to an attempted system penetration, including, but not limited to, port scans, stealth scans, or other information gathering activity.

2.4 Destructive Software

You must not use the service to distribute Internet Viruses, Trojan Horses, or other destructive software.

3. Criminal Activity

You must not use the Service to engage in any activity which constitutes or is capable of constituting a criminal offence, either in the United Kingdom or in any country throughout the world.

You agree and acknowledge that we may be required to provide assistance and information to law enforcement, governmental agencies and other authorities.

You agree and acknowledge that we will monitor your activity while you use this service and keep a log of the Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses of any devices which access the Service, the times when they have accessed the Service and the activity associated with that IP address

You further agree we are entitled to co-operate with law enforcement authorities and rights-holders in the investigation of any suspected or alleged illegal activity by you which may include, but is not limited to, disclosure of such information as we have (whether pursuant to clause 3 iii above or otherwise), and are entitled to provide by law, to law enforcement authorities or rights-holders.

4. Other Terms

Under no circumstances will South Breazle and its employees be liable for consequential, indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, based on claims of the Guest or its appointees (including, but not limited to, unauthorized access, damage, or theft of your system or data, claims for loss of goodwill, claims for loss of data, use of or reliance on the service, stoppage of other work or impairment of other assets, or damage caused to equipment or programs from any virus or other harmful application), arising out of breach or failure of express or implied warranty, breach of contract, misrepresentation, negligence, strict liability in tort or otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless South Breazle and its employees from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, any materials downloaded or uploaded through the Service, any actions taken by you in connection with your use of the Service, any violation of any third party’s rights or an violation of law or regulation, or any breach of this agreement.

South Breazle performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall waive or impede South Breazle’s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Service or information provided to or gathered by South Breazle with respect to such use.

By agreeing to the terms of service, I confirm that I accept these terms and conditions as the basis of my use of the wireless internet access provided.
