Seasonal Pitches

Seasonal pitches for 2025 are from the 1st March 2025 until 31st October 2025. They are priced at £1980 with no extra charge for awnings. All our pitches are 180 sq meters (15m x 12m) with electric hookup and water on the pitch.
Water is included in the price. Electric is metered but the first 200 units of electric are included in the price and then charged at cost (at present 28p per unit)

The site also benefits from free super fast WiFi.

Full or part hard-standing pitches are available.

​We are a very quiet site with only 5 pitches we rent out to non-seasonals and even then these pitches are only offered to our Storage customers. So you really will have a peaceful stay.

Up to 2 Dogs allowed at no extra cost.

 

Leave your caravan on your pitch for free over the winter or bring it into our CaSSOA Gold storage yard. Alternatively talk to us about our winter seasonal options. Just £100 a month .

£650 would be due on booking and the balance due by 1st March 2025.

Missed the start of the season? Spaces may still be available at discounted prices. Or consider our free pitch to store, £30 a month in our CaSSOA Gold storage yard, place a booking online and we will take your caravan down to one of our 5 night rate pitches that you chose and fully level it for you and put all your locks back on. Then after your holiday we will return your caravan into our storage.
