South Breazle Holidays take the holding of any personal data very seriously, and only hold your contact information and your holiday details. We do not share this information with any third party nor do we use this information as any part of marketing or mailing list.

All information that we have is to secure the booking of your holiday with us. At no point do we store any card information as all payments are processed via Stripe.

Any information that we hold is provided by the customer and is held securely, encrypted and on a firewall protected database. This information will not be used to contact you unless it is in conjunction with your booking. No paper copies of your data are created.

Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we can't guarantee its absolute security.

We ask that the customer informs us of any change in their personal data so our information is kept up to date. Customers can at any time request the information that we hold on them, but we ask that this is in writing and a form of identity will be required.
